The problem
Switching systems is the move everyone dreads. The export never quite matches the import, records go missing quietly, and nobody notices until a customer calls about an account that no longer exists. So businesses stay on tools they've outgrown, because the move feels riskier than the pain.
The outcome
We move everything, and we count it. Every record is counted before it leaves and counted again when it arrives, and anything that doesn't reconcile gets flagged and resolved instead of silently dropped. You get to the new system with everything you had, and proof of it.
